Israel receives bodies of slain hostages from Hamas through Red Cross

Jerusalem, Feb 20 (EFE).- The Israeli Army received this Thursday from the Red Cross the four coffins previously handed over to it by the Palestinian militia Hamas, according to the Office of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

The bodies are said to be of the Israeli hostages Shiri Bibas and her sons Ariel and Kfir (aged 32, 4, and 9 months respectively at the time of their abduction), and that 84-year-old retired journalist Oded Lifshitz, all taken from Kibbutz Nir Oz in Hamas’ attack on Oct. 7, 2023.
