Shakira’s fans snap up tickets in hours for Peru show

Lima, Feb 21 (EFE).- Peruvian fans of Colombian singer Shakira snapped up tickets in just a few hours for her newly announced concert in Lima in November, the event’s production company said.

The concert, set for Nov 16, is one of two new shows added in the Peruvian capital. The first, scheduled for Nov. 15, will make up for the performance she missed on Sunday due to a health issue.

After recovering from abdominal pain, the singer performed on Monday at the second scheduled show in Lima before resuming her “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour.”
