{"id":128591,"date":"2022-10-18T20:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-18T18:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pre.efe.com\/?p=128591"},"modified":"2022-10-19T05:29:26","modified_gmt":"2022-10-19T03:29:26","slug":"neymar-presta-depoimento-em-tribunal-da-barcelona","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pre.efe.com\/pt-br\/esportes\/2022-10-18\/neymar-presta-depoimento-em-tribunal-da-barcelona\/","title":{"rendered":"Neymar presta depoimento em tribunal da Barcelona"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Barcelona (<a href=\"https:\/\/pre.efe.com\/pt-br\/\">EFE<\/a>).- O atacante brasileiro Neymar, do Paris Saint-Germain, prestou depoimento nesta ter\u00e7a-feira no tribunal de Barcelona, na Espanha, onde ocorre julgamento sobre a transfer\u00eancia do jogador do Santos para o Barcelona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O craque respondeu perguntas do promotor e dos advogados de defesa, mas tamb\u00e9m se dirigiu ao juiz Jos\u00e9 Manuel del Amo, que o liberou de participar do primeiro dia de audi\u00eancias, para que ele pudesse descansar ap\u00f3s ter atuado em partida do Campeonato Franc\u00eas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neymar &#8211; para quem o Minist\u00e9rio Fiscal espanhol pede dois anos de pris\u00e3o e 10 milh\u00f5es de euros (R$ 51,8 milh\u00f5es) em multa por crime de corrup\u00e7\u00e3o empresarial -, ainda ser\u00e1 o \u00faltimo a se manifestar no julgamento, por videoconfer\u00eancia, em 31 de outubro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoje, o atacante brasileiro garantiu nunca ter participado nas negocia\u00e7\u00f5es pela sua transfer\u00eancia, mas sim o pai dele, que tamb\u00e9m era seu representante, que prestaria depoimento na sequ\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neymar da Silva Santos \u00e9 s\u00f3cio da m\u00e3e do jogador, Nadine Gon\u00e7alves, na empresa N&amp;N Consultoria Esportiva, que recebeu 60 milh\u00f5es de euros do Barcelona por raz\u00f5es diversas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O clube catal\u00e3o ainda pagou ao Santos outros 25 milh\u00f5es de euros, 17,1 milh\u00f5es pela transfer\u00eancia, e mais 7,9 milh\u00f5es pela prefer\u00eancia que jamais exerceu em tr\u00eas jogadores da base do Peixe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O fundo de investimento DIS, que \u00e9 parte da acusa\u00e7\u00e3o privada no julgamento, somente recebeu 6,8 milh\u00f5es de euros por toda a opera\u00e7\u00e3o, embora detivesse 40% dos direitos do atacante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pai de Neymar responde a perguntas em Barcelona<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&#8220;Em novembro de 2011, assinamos com o Barcelona um acordo de prioridade, para contratar Neymar em 2014&#8221;, disse o pai do jogador, que tamb\u00e9m respondeu perguntas da promotoria e da pr\u00f3pria defesa.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Neymar da Silva Santos explicou que contava com uma carta assinada pelo ex-presidente do Peixe Od\u00edlio Rodrigues, que tamb\u00e9m acusado no julgamento, que autorizava a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de negocia\u00e7\u00f5es com o Barcelona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perguntado porque n\u00e3o informou ao DIS sobre as conversas, por se tratar de detentor de 40% dos direitos do jogador, o pai de Neymar disse que esta era uma responsabilidade do Santos, n\u00e3o dele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A dele, conforme detalhou, era &#8220;conseguir o melhor contrato poss\u00edvel&#8221; para o filho, que &#8220;desde crian\u00e7a queria jogar no Barcelona&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, Neymar da Silva Santos admitiu que, desde 2009, o Real Madrid tentava contratar o atacante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pai e filho s\u00e3o alvos de pedido de dois anos de pris\u00e3o por crime de corrup\u00e7\u00e3o empresarial pelo Minist\u00e9rio Fiscal da Espanha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No caso, conhecido como &#8220;Neymar 2&#8221;, \u00e9 solicitado cinco anos de pris\u00e3o e 10 milh\u00f5es de euros em multa para o ex-presidente do Barcelona Sandro Rosell, assim como tr\u00eas anos por fraude para Od\u00edlio Rodrigues, entre outros envolvidos. <a href=\"https:\/\/efs.efeservicios.com\/\">EFE<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Barcelona (EFE).- O atacante brasileiro Neymar, do Paris Saint-Germain, prestou depoimento nesta ter\u00e7a-feira no tribunal de Barcelona, na Espanha, onde ocorre julgamento sobre a transfer\u00eancia do jogador do Santos para o Barcelona.
