Cairo (EFE<\/a>).- A ONG Comiss\u00e3o Eg\u00edpcia de Direitos Humanos e Liberdade (CEDHL) publicou nesta ter\u00e7a-feira um relat\u00f3rio que denuncia a viola\u00e7\u00e3o de diferentes direitos, entre eles, a espionagem de alguns participantes da COP27, ocorrido na cidade de Sharm el Sheikh, no Egito, de 6 a 19 de novembro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Casos de espionagem aos participantes da c\u00fapula atrav\u00e9s de telefones celulares, monitoramento das manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es e de ativistas”, s\u00e3o os principais casos de viola\u00e7\u00f5es apresentados pelo documento publicado em \u00e1rabe e ingl\u00eas no site da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O primeiro ponto do relat\u00f3rio critica “a forte presen\u00e7a das for\u00e7as de seguran\u00e7a eg\u00edpcias na Zona Azul”, apesar das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas serem a \u00fanica respons\u00e1vel pelo dispositivo de seguran\u00e7a nesta \u00e1rea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“A seguran\u00e7a cercava os grupos e tirava fotos das pessoas. Estava tamb\u00e9m presente nas salas e durante o discurso de Sanaa Seif (irm\u00e3 do ativista Alaa Abdelfatah, que est\u00e1 preso) gravaram todos os presentes”, indica o texto, que aponta se tratar de “viola\u00e7\u00e3o da lei internacional e da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o do Egito”. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segundo a ONG, outro crime cometido pelas autoridades eg\u00edpcias durante a COP27 foi a viola\u00e7\u00e3o ao direito \u00e0 vida privada, com grava\u00e7\u00f5es de conversas privadas entre diferentes grupos de ativistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Incidentes durante a c\u00fapula<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

‘Um dos incidentes que aconteceu durante a confer\u00eancia foi que um deputado filmou conversas privadas de um ativista pelo celular, enquanto ele conversa com um grupo para organizar um evento solid\u00e1rio”, aponta o documento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al\u00e9m disso, aleta para a viola\u00e7\u00e3o do direito de liberdade pessoa e exemplifica com o caso de uma deputada belga que “foi detida pela seguran\u00e7a eg\u00edpcia e teve o passaporte fotografado porque tinha imagens de detidos eg\u00edpcios”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A CEDHL ainda destaca as r\u00edgidas condi\u00e7\u00f5es impostas pelas autoridades eg\u00edpcias para permitir que ocorressem manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es e concentra\u00e7\u00f5es na Zona Verde, com o objetivo de desencoraj\u00e1-las, reduzindo ainda mais a liberdade de express\u00e3o, assim como as exaustivas revistas nos eventos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segundo a ONG, as viola\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o “s\u00f3 uma pequena mostra da situa\u00e7\u00e3o dos direitos humanos no Egito” e ocorreram “apesar das tentativas das autoridades eg\u00edpcias de explorar a c\u00fapula para melhorar sua imagem sobre os direitos humanos no pa\u00eds para a comunidade internacional”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
