La Coru\u00f1a (EFE) – O vice-presidente da Microsoft, Jason Wild, disse nesta sexta-feira que em poucos anos um em cada quatro empregos ser\u00e1 automatizado e adiantou que na empresa americana est\u00e1 previsto que todos os trabalhos tenham um copiloto de intelig\u00eancia artificial (IA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o no segundo dia da terceira edi\u00e7\u00e3o da c\u00fapula sobre tecnologia e inova\u00e7\u00e3o Ecosystems2030, realizada pela segunda vez em La Coru\u00f1a, na Espanha, Wild enfatizou que “a IA \u00e9 real” e muda, a  partir de agora, as regras do jogo, j\u00e1 que tudo estar\u00e1 relacionado a “intera\u00e7\u00f5es”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O executivo tamb\u00e9m citou Bill Gates, fundador da Microsoft, que defendeu publicamente que com essas mudan\u00e7as, o diferencial das empresas passar\u00e1 a ser sua capacidade de usar bem a intelig\u00eancia artificial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por isso, segundo ele, a miss\u00e3o da companhia americana \u00e9 usar todas as ferramentas \u00e0 sua disposi\u00e7\u00e3o “para que as pessoas tenham sucesso” e para que os clientes “cres\u00e7am”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segundo, Wild, “\u00e9 poss\u00edvel” que a IA substitua empregos, j\u00e1 que “estima-se que um em cada quatro empregos ser\u00e1 automatizado”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“No entanto, o que muitos de n\u00f3s n\u00e3o vemos, \u00e9 que nossas habilidades ser\u00e3o amplamente aprimoradas. Na Microsoft, cada trabalho ter\u00e1 um copiloto de IA”, destacou ao p\u00fablico na palestra “Como a Intelig\u00eancia Artificial humanizar\u00e1 todas as jornadas”.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Wild acrescentou que os resultados emp\u00edricos dos \u00faltimos avan\u00e7os, “v\u00e3o al\u00e9m das expectativas te\u00f3ricas” e que “foi alcan\u00e7ado um n\u00edvel incr\u00edvel no mundo da tecnologia”, que “vai se acelerar cada vez mais”, e descreveu como caracter\u00edsticas da IA ideal, empatia, criatividade e familiaridade, aspectos em que j\u00e1 h\u00e1 um progresso significativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“A IA pode nos ajudar a ser mais humanos e a gerar melhores relacionamentos com nossos clientes”, afirmou.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Por outro lado, Wild argumentou que “s\u00e3o as pessoas que precisam tomar as decis\u00f5es” e  que o importante \u00e9 chegar “ao mecanismo que nos permita tomar as decis\u00f5es dif\u00edceis” com dados suficientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
